I applied online for the district manager internship position. The received an Interview confirmation email, 4 moths after I applied. The first interview was a 1:1 interview at a local branch. I was then called for a second group interview at the headquarters in Frederick Maryland. Tey gave 40 multiple choice questions and 2 essay questions on" why I want to work for ALDI?".

Entretien
First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.

4 rounds, not very technical, after the first round, it's just talking to highups to see if you fit the culture. You get the name of the interviewer ahead of time.
