Entretien
The process starts out with a fairly basic online application where you are asked a series of standard questions. After which you are required to complete some psychometric tests. One numeracy and one situational judgment. If you successfully pass these you will be invited to a video interview comprised of 10 standard questions which you have a few seconds to prepare for prior to recording. The next stage is a group assessment usually involving 3-6 people roughly in which you will deliver a short presentation on a topic selected by the interviewer (they usually say pick a number 1-6, each number has a different topic). You will also conduct some group exercises and debating. Finally (you're nearly there!) you have the interview with a managing director!

What are the challenges facing ALDI in the current retail market?
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
