J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI (Melbourne) en déc. 2016
Entretien
Was a group interview. 6 people including myself. The manager discussed what we would be doing at ALDI if we were to work there and showed us around the shop. There was a team exercise where we got into pairs and asked each other questions and then told the rest of the group about our partner.
Afterwards a one-on-one interview was conducted where a short maths test was done and the manager just asked us about our availability and checked over details.

Entretien
It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me
-tell them more about myself
-why I left my current position
-if I was working there what task would the job require
-why I want to work there

Entretien
Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).
