initially many online questions and tests to see if you fit in to what they are looking for.
if successful then there will be a video screening to ask some basic questions.
next step was assessment centre where it involved a mini presentation on aldi which you have to research very thoroughly, and a group activity.

Application form consisting of about 8 questions, some competency some motivational. Next, a short video interview, followed by group interview with group task, presentation and question opportunities. Finished with an interview with the managing director for you region.

Entretien
The interview involved a group task. This included reading character scenarios and discussing in a big group what the most appropriate answer would be. We also had to answer individual questions within a group.
