I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

Entretien
I went to drop off an application and they were very polite and welcoming. Something I learned later is that they judge your appearance even if you are only dropping off an application. I personally wore casual business attire. One thing that was really annoying was that it took them about a month and half to call me back. After that I scheduled an interview with the next few days.
Group interview, 26 people at the same store. 35 were invited to attend. Store tour and overview. Waited as they called us randomly for a quick 3-5 min interview. Took about 90 mins.

Entretien
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
