this interview process is pretty whack and disorganized. I have a feeling Akuna gives everyone an online assessment and after you've done the online math test & personality test, then they look at your resume. I find it pretty disrespectful since finishing the assessment takes hours..

LOTS of Mental Math Questions - 11.05+23.58, 23*48, 1/4*800 for the first OA
Personality Test where you can choose between I agree, ?, and I disagree. There were 200 questions which was insane. I don't understand what kind of people they are trying to hire. A lot of time wasted for nothing. Honestly don't apply.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
