Math Test: If you're remotely decent at math you will pass 2. Personality Test: just click through. I doubt anyone is rejected here 3. Video interview: Market making game with a set of cards 1-10. Buy or sell based off of whats revealed each of 3 rounds, with the final round being the rest left. One behavioral question was thrown in there. 4. Phone interview: "why trading" then lots of expected value games. You were allowed pen/paper on most of this interview though 5. In person: HR, then 3/4 people from the company. Lots of EV questions, but no pen/paper and you need quick responses. They say you don't need to know anything about options. That is not true. Know everything about delta, vega, etc. They also randomly threw in math questions. I found it quite difficult since it wasn't a written test and I could not see the numbers like the previous tests.

A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.
