Unprofessional and irresponsible HR. Applied for the job on 3rd Aug, HR sent me an interview invitation on 4th that was in a few hours, even though it was spontaneous, I accepted and waited for her confirmation. I tried to reach her via email, however, she never responded nor appear in the interview. I ended up waiting for her the whole day. The same thing kept happening again 3 times in the next 3 weeks, in which she kept sending me invitations and after I have accepted them, she would never confirm the interviews. No matter how many emails I wrote her, she would never respond. After one month, she said that she was busy hiring "more important" positions back then and sent me an invitation again. This time we finally had the interview, she kept muting and unmuting her microphone when we were just exchanging short sentences. Half of the time it was muted when she spoke and I had to tell her that. It was very hard to communicate with her. She did not pay attention to the interview and did not provide useful insight into the role. In the end, she told me she would get back to me in two weeks, and I still have not heard anything from her after almost two months.

I had a phone call with a recruiter, two video interviews with two hiring managers. Then I fly to the office where I had an all day on-site interview with 6 team members. I also had lunch with a creative director and the GM.
