More a sales pitch than an interview. they wanted me to want it more. This is a negotiating ploy to gain leverage and lower base compensation. Not certain how effective this practice was.

after screening call, recruiter wouldnt provide their email address to follow up , promised to contact me via email and never did.
Poor talent acquisition process which isnt surprising in the logistics industry these days.
Companies tend to outsource too much to agents who have zero to no details about the position.
