Phone screening, grammar and punctuation exam, call scenario exam (listening to the call then answer 2 or 3 questions about some details of the call). TAKE NOTES of important info on the mock calls. Typing test (copying the above paragraph) all scores are emailed to you instantly. Only need a average score for all exams to progress to the interview. Then you meet with 2 managers and the department Director.

Quite a long interview with multiple parts. An online test then I get sent from manger to manager to another manager. It was in total three hours long. The manager seemed friendly and we had common ground on past jobs. The first had been with the company for ten years, and the other two had been with the company for 20 years +

Took an online test at the office, it was a three part test.
1st part, typing skills, 2nd part was spelling and grammar, 3rd part was customer service questions- listening to phone calls and multiple choice answers for how it was handled

It was just questions and answers. They want to get a feel for you're personality and integrity. Ability to work well with others. Also there is a typing test, spelling test, and listening skills test.
