The interview process was composed of an initial phone interview, followed by a recruitment assignment (I had just over 48 hours to complete). Afterwards, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview, where I met with various members of the team - this lasted about 90 minutes. Afterwards, they had me complete a quick personality assessment online, which took about 7-10 minutes to complete. The last step was a Skype interview with an employee who works remotely - this was a final step, so that the whole team could interact with me.
