Applied online and got a response rather quickly. Had a nice intro call with the recruiter, than a longer one with the HM which focused on specific situations and previous experience. I was then presented an assignment that was rather broad but a useful experience overall. Lastly, I was invited to an onsite interview with the HM to tie all loose ends. The experience was quite pleasant and was communicated very transparently by the recruiter.
