I was approached at LinkedIn and then contacted for an interview. The first contact at LinkedIn was just great - it's a rare case when the hiring manager is so involved in the position and ready to discuss it from technical details to strategic goals behind. All the next stages were the same - deeply practical, informative, high in quality, with no contradiction to the process. Although I couldn't continue the process due to personal reasons, the whole communication was nothing but professional and very involving.
