Applied online through an agency. First interview with the agency rep in a cafe at a local Tesco store(!) then interviewed by AHT directly a couple of days later at their Buckingham HQ. Met with both the Purchasing manager and Operations director, who were great people and knew their stuff. They were very throuogh and asked a lot of probing questions, but nothing that wasn't expected. They were especially keen on finding someone who'd extensively used SAP (ERP system) so there were a lot of questions surrounding this, specifically the Material Master side. Overall a good experience so I didn't hesitate when the offer was made a day or so later.
