Entretien
The interview process involved 4 components. An initial phone call with a recruiter to confirm my aptitude and qualifications. The second was a Microsoft teams interview with a leading member of the engineering department where I had to present one of my projects and respond to questions pertaining to its creation. Thirdly was the technical interview which consisted of two hackerrank algorithmic problems, the interview was conducted by a graduate of the program I was applying for. The fourth interview was with a head of management in engineering who presented the opportunity to talk a bit about myself as well as ask any questions pertaining to the role. Up until this point I would rate the interview process very highly; everyone I spoke with was professional and kind. Unfortunately the result of the nearly month long process left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I was not selected to the role which is always a possibility; however, I was rejected via an auto generated email that is the same if you were to submit a resume and have no human contact to begin with. Since I received essentially all positive feedback through the process, I was at a bit of a loss. So I reached out to the team I was in contact with to provide me with any feedback so that I may improve in the future. They never responded to me so I was left to move on with no answers after a time consuming process.

Entretien
The interview process for the Launch program was a little extensive because there were 5 interviews. Although they weren't difficult it was still a lot. But a great opportunity and program.
