Interview process was quick and straightforward. Received a follow up from recruiter quickly after submitting application. Interview consisted of a few rounds of virtual interviews (first HR screening, functional manager and hiring manager, then hiring manager again). All within the span of 1.5 - 2 weeks.

First round: phone call with the recruiter, who gave a brief overview of the role and the process Second round: video call with hiring manager Third round: video call with two team members Fourth round: video call with CPO After the fourth round, I was told the team really liked me and an offer was on its way. How exciting! I landed my dream job! Except the offer never arrived and three days later, I received a rejection via email. I would not consider applying for any other roles with AG given this disappointing experience.
