Applied online. I received a phone call from the Director of Marketing and scheduled an onsite interview. Free parking in the parking structure was a plus. I interviewed with the Director of Marketing and two other marketing team members. They were all very kind and professional. The interview consisted of many scenarios and personality questions. Not a lot of curveballs. The interview took less than an hour and overall it ended well. It was interesting how the Director of Marketing reached out and scheduled an interview with me personally rather than going through with the HR. I enjoyed the interview, however, I accepted another job offer before the results came out.
