The interview for this position was divided into two sessions after the candidate passed the CV screening round. In the first session, my fellow candidates and I were given an IQ and EQ test to check the thinking and behavior of each personality. The second session was the interview, including 2 Tech Seniors who would participate in asking questions.
The thing to mention here is that I was eliminated when in the second interview, they said my CV did not meet the requirements. It is sad for a large company in Vietnam, but the application process is very cumbersome and there is no connection between the interviewer and HR.
