Submitted the application online on their website for got about the job because I never heard from them until about 6 months later asking me for additional information, sent the information through an email, was sent an email asking me to pick a time for a group interview, was interviewed along with about six other people we were all ask the same questions, questions were pretty basic nothing to difficult, after they checked my background and references also had to do a drug test, once those was completed I was offered the job
The interview went well and the recruiter was easy to talk to. I had a great experience with the interview and they made sure my questions were answered. I’d recommend them to a friend

Video interview asked standard questions very laid back and always be prepared before hand research adt and customer service representative questions. Why you would be a good fit how to deal with angry customers

The interview process scared me a little because i had to role play and was not expecting that especially not really knowing my role. It all worked out for me though
