The interview process was about average. It started with a phone call and basic questions. Then it went on to a one on one interview. And finally after the employment offer there was a personality test and drug test.

Two interview process. Firs interview was great, super friendly manager. Second seemed very uneasy and weird. Still got the job but manager played favorites and eventually got me fired.

I met with a pair of ADT managers at their headquarters and chatted for about an hour. They seemed to highlight more on customer service with a general knowledge of technical stuff. The recruiter I went through said that having a white/blue dress shirt with a tie is a must.
