3 rounds of interviews, a month of waiting, and very personal questions. For a not necessarily competitive wage, this business really puts you through the ringer to become part of their team. Everyone I've met with and spoken to was kind on face value, but with the delays in the hiring process it makes you question your chances. If you're in between jobs, you're better off finding something else, because you'll be out of work for some time. If you're changing careers, don't quit your current job until you are actively working. I was really excited for this opportunity, but in my personal opinion, I think they're too picky with their candidates for an entry level position where you could be earning more in fast food.
