This was an average interview process. There was a phone screen with HR that lasted 45 minutes, then a virtual interview with HR and the hiring manager that lasted about 1.5 hours. Then a 3 hour in-person interview with the hiring manager, CEO, and lateral staff. The HR person came in at the end and told me there might be another round. I sent thank you notes to everyone. Then they completely ghosted me. Never heard from them again. Then the job was re-posted. Then it was re-posted again through an outside recruiter. It’s disappointing as I would have expected at least a standard rejection letter after 3 rounds and for a position of this level.
