Very encouraging phone interview; wonderful accessibility of interviewing managers. Very difficult test to take that wasn't thoroughly or fully explained earlier. Misguiding signals during the interview. Heavily charged political process. Thought I had the offer extended; did not - and a shallow attempt at willing to discuss what didn't go right - for next time. I had followed up, but no info back.
