What is your greatest weakness? What is your greatest strength? How did you handle an irate customer? How did you handle an irate coworker?

The interview process was not very long. There was a phone interview with HR followed by a call with the hiring manager. The process was completed with a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Questions were very typical of interviews.
