First part was a phone screening Second part was a small group interview via some with a recruiter. Consisted of about 5 scenario questions and then was asked about availability.

How would you deal with a difficult client? How would you get a child who’s interested in Barbie’s to enjoy the activity of coloring?
They will ask you questions such as what is your greatest strengths and weaknesses, if you worked with kids before, and how would you respond to difficult situations. Just study your common interview questions and you are set.

Panel interview on video call with other applicants. Case study and behavioral questions. “If you were given 3 items, how would you use these objects to play games with kiddos?” Interview was easy, if you move forward you’d start training modules from home first before they put you out on the field.

The interview process was short. There was a phone interview followed by a zoom interview. They asked general and in depth questions about my past experiences. I wish they would’ve been a little more clear and honest on their requirements but they say it differs for every office.
