The process includes three steps: HR Interview Home Assignment Technical Interview I can say my assignment is good enough with matching all requirements, high test coverage, including integration test and clean code princibles. But they only focused what technologies they are using and asked me why I did not use these techs. They were also arrogant and not determined to hire somebody.

Entretien
I applied via Linkedin, first round was the HR interview, followed by the interview with the manager for the team.
Both were really nice with very professional people.
After that a take home challenge was shared.
I chose to stop the interview there.
Advies aan het management: Verbeter de sollicitatieprocedure
Het is aan te raden de sollicitatieprocedure, en dan met name de communicatie met kandidaten, serieus onder de loep te nemen en te optimaliseren. Een wachttijd van 2,5 maanden vóór een uitnodiging voor een gesprek is in de huidige arbeidsmarkt simpelweg te lang. Sneller handelen kan helpen om toptalent aan te trekken en te behouden.
