Long process, but finally got selected. Internship play important role. I think depending on requirements in the team, factors like urgency can expedite process. Salary expectations are important discussions. Firstly salary is negotiated by HR only then the interview with hiring managers is done. But same was not true for many colleagues, so could be a seperate process in departments. Overall process was long for me about a years time since first interview, but for many people it was pretty quick. Depends entirely on the team needs.
