It was a usual interview about over self and in which we are expert and all that.
Then I gave a Creo model test with casting machining process and made drawing with G-tol.

I submitted my resume and cover letter, and was interviewed about two weeks later through a Microsoft Teams call with the lead engineer. He asked about 10 personal questions that were out of the ordinary and difficult to answer.

The interview process was very kind and laid out. The HR staff was really trying their best to make me feel relaxed at the interview. The staff asked relevant questions about my knowledge, give me time and opportunity to answer to their questions and was able to enable in a conversation about the process.

It was a pretty technical process but no indication of why or how it went bad.
I thought I did well but no offer was recieved.
