Firstly i got a call from an staffing agency & after communication interview date is fixed, I went into the organization for interview, there was 2 senior managers sitting of the interview room & i was the 2nd candidate for the interview, i went into the room & they took 30minutes of interview & finally 50% got the job & called me for next rounds on a particular day & that also completed & finally selected for a job.
