I had a great experience with AACSB's hiring process. The HR screening was smooth, and the HR team was very approachable and helpful. My second-round interview with the hiring team, based in the US and Europe, went well despite a technical glitch, which HR promptly resolved. Although I didn’t make it to the final round, I appreciated the prompt and personal response from HR informing me of the outcome.

I interviewed with the recruiter, then I took a test, then I went into their office for an in person interview with the hiring manager. The test was ridiculous. Like a lot of the questions didn't make sense or were either wrong. I have over 10 years of experience and most questions weren't worded properly. Then when I went in for the in-office interview the hiring manager was completely unprepared. She even said she forgot all of her questions in her office. To top it all off, I interviewed about 3 weeks ago and never heard back. The lack of respect for taking my full morning to drive there and multiple days to prepare just blows my mind. I would stay far far away from this company.
