Small at home coding project followed by video call interviews and review of the project. I liked the coding project, because it was small and had to do with the type of coding I would have dealt with at the job (UI/UX) development. It wasn't a coding test, or some sort of contrived coding exercise in which I had to dig out my college books to remember what they were talking about.

First Introduction interview.
That was followed by a small technical project (not an annoying Hacker Rank test, and actually project).
Finally, a day set of personal interviews with various members of the team that covered technical and personal questions.

Phone screen with recruiter > phone call with dev manager to discuss background > Take home assignment & in person review with dev manager.
Although I was not offered the position, the process was refreshingly better than many other tech companies. I especially appreciate the much more practical (especially for iOS) take home assignment & review discussion rather than the typical pointless whiteboard algorithm drills.
