Applied through LinkedIn. Process took about 3 months. Had some setbacks at the end with no answers for some time but ended up getting offer. HR was really nice and helpful.

Entretien
After a resume check, I was sent an at-home coding challenge with an estimated completion time of a few hours. It was not through a website; I was allowed to develop locally and push to Git as I saw fit, which was nice.
