The interview was not one on one but rather a group of about eight. At first I thought this would be weird but it actually helped to ease any stress. Many handed a resume at the end.

They asked creative questions such as best way to market a show, favorite album that's been released this year, etc. They also handed us the set list and asked us to "pitch" one of the bands/singers
Group Interview of about four or five candidates, with one interviewer. Simple and straight forward questions to help guide a group discussion. Opportunity for pitching a ticket sale to stranger.
