I applied directly to company early September and received an email for phone screen, shortlisted to interview with the hiring manager and then with the team. The timeframe from application to final round was about three weeks. I understood that the decision was to be made the same week that the final interview happened. I reached out the following week and heard a response back from HR that the decision was to be made the following week. I have not heard back from them yet.
