I got contacted after dropping my resume at a job fair. Got contacted by the site recruiter who asked my basic questions about myself and how I felt about field work on working on customer service. The final round of interviews was on site with the store general manager. They basically explain you the role and ask how you feel about working long hours, being exposed to customers, and operations. Although the job involves sales to a large extent, they don't emphasize this point enough unless you express interest in the area. No technical questions. If you make it to this stage they more than likely will hire you provided that you show a positive attitude and willingness to work hard. Last thing, going to the in person interview clean shaven will earn you plus points because that's a company wide policy.

The interview process was about 20 minutes and all took place at the front desk with a single interviewer who would be the supervisor. It was less of an interview and more of a preliminary checklist of what's expected of the position.
