I had a phone interview and was then invited for an in person interview. Phone interview was great. In-person interview could have been better. The programming interview was the toughest and the interviewers weren't engaged at all, they'd rather focus on trying to force me to implement code from a project that I created more than a year ago. All the while, they both frequently left the interview room during the middle of my explanations. I then met with other developers and that was great experience. I got an automated email from "The recruiting team" that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy.

Round 1: When you apply you are given an online questionnaire about SQL and Java (The main languages used at 84.51°) Round 2: Had an on campus interview with a recruiter who asked about my resume, behavioral questions, and 2 technical questions. One question in SQL and one in Java. I was given 5 minutes for each technical question, so it is important to be comfortable coding fast and accurate on paper. Round 3: The third round was onsite. The first "interview" is the night before when you have dinner with current applications developers that work at the company. Then the next day I had 3 interviews. One interview was behavioral questions and explanations of technical experience on my resume. The second interview was a coding interview that consisted of about 7 different coding questions all on paper with a 5 minute time limit for each one.(Know the fundamentals of Java and SQL very well) The third interview was more of a culture fit interview to determine if you are someone who can work well with other people in the company and your goals align with the company's. Process took 44 days from application date to offer date.

The interview process was a full day agenda: check-in, breakfast, a tour, and multiple interviews (3 for mine). From the beginning to the end you feel welcomed and you receive a gracious glimpse of the everyday culture. The interviews with the three employees of the department for which you are applying lasted around 45 minutes. Each interviewer had a different theme or purpose to their interview. One would just analyze your resume and get to know your background and experiences. Another would test your skills with a few on paper coding tests. The last would ask interesting questions just to understand your thought process.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We will immediately look into why our interviewers were leaving your interview, which I can imagine is extremely distracting. Our interviews are tough, especially coding due to the high level of standard we're looking for. We of course don't want candidates leaving with a negative experience and we'll make sure that your feedback is heard.
