In person. Met with manager and store owner. Just one interview. No other interviews after the first one. They seem nice people. The store was a startup. I was the first employee after the store was opened.

Entretien
The process was straightforward. After showing up at their building I waited a few minutes while the recruiter talked with me about the company. From there, the hiring manager came out and we discussed my qualifications and what the job was like.
