Very brief interview of 15-20 minutes, they needed a swing/graveyard shift, asked some usual behavioral questions about how I would handle customers or a difficult situation and how I resolved it and was hired on the spot. General computer training and some on job with support from a supervisor occasionally

Describe a difficult situation understanding or helping someone
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
