Entretien
went to a job fair, i had to fill out the form first with all the details and with the form i submitted my resume , than i had to wait for around 40 minutes as they were more than 25 candidates approx. When my name was called i went inside the back office which nicely setup and spacious, there were too gentlemen, who firstly greeted and than introduced them as both were store Managers, and they interviewed me which lasted for around another 40 minutes than they ask me to wait for a second interview and the second interview was conducted by a field consultant and after the interview they said someone will call you within ten days and luckily I received the call very next day.
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
