I was initially approached by a recruiter for a role at 6clicks, and the process began on a positive note. After the interviews, communication became inconsistent, and unfortunately, the recruiter went silent without providing any feedback.
Thankfully, I was able to connect with someone from the 6clicks team who offered the follow-up I was hoping for. That said, the disconnect between the recruiter and the company raised questions about the alignment and coordination of the hiring process.
Overall, it was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the opportunity and the conversations with the team, the lack of consistent communication reflected a need for improvement in candidate care. I understand that 6clicks is a growing company, likely managing rapid change and high demands. Hopefully, with time, their hiring process will become more structured and candidate-focused.
