The interview started with me applying last year and recruiter reached out me in late March this year.
First round was with US counterpart ( Manager of DM). 30 minutes interview and the discussion was more on my experience.
Recruiter reached out to me next day saying I cleared first round and now there will be case study second round.
On the day of second day round, morning, I was told we have to cancel the interview as panel is busy and then no contact from anyone for 2 weeks.
Again after 2 weeks I was approached saying that time position got closed and again reopened and scheduled 2nd round. This was most disappointing: One person joins ( not even greeting) and as such the person is not intd. Case study was sent over email and I was asked to create ppt for next 50 minutes and present it to them. When I presented, panel didnt even ask me question and mentioned whatever questions they had I already spoke about during my presentation.
Recruiter reaches out to me saying panel gave mixed review and scheduled 3rd with some person. The most disappointing interview I ever I had in my life. Person joins with video off but expected me to keep video on as I am taking to screen. Person asking me questions which are not even relevant about company where i worker 18 years back and asking me numbers and metrics of that role.
Anyways, the role to be sounded like more of Project Manager rather than a DM role.
I wish all the best to people who wishes to carry on with them.

I had the recruiter reach out to me on linkedin, she provided her calendar link to schedule a call with her to discuss the role. On the call she quickly scheduled my next interview with a leader on the project management team. A few days later I heard back that they wanted to move forward in process and the recruiter reached out to explain the next round which consisted of a scenario style interview and additional questions from the team regarding my most recent project work and experience. Overall the process went smoothly and quick in comparison to other interviews I've participated in that can take up to 3 months. The team was communicative with me and although I did not move forward with an offer, I appreciated the consistent feedback from HR.
