Long hiring process. I went through multiple rounds and still didn't get the job despite consistent positive feedback from the recruiter. The first interview was a phone screening with the recruiter, and then an Excel assessment. Following those first two steps, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in-person interview and one more phone interview afterward. Overall, the hiring process isn't terrible, but it's too drawn out.

3 steps - first is the phone call with HR coordinator, the second step is to chat with the hiring manager, and the last step will be meeting with the team you'll be joining in.
