Contacted by a recruiter through email. Submitted resume and then phone interviewed by the recruiter. In two days got a phone interview about 30 minutes with a small panel of engineers with different backgrounds. Then invited into an onsite interview with the same panel. It took about 1 hour or so. Negotiated through the recruiter. Received offer in another two days.
