They are expecting CA profile and work from a MBA graduate without the training. Co-founder is soft spoken but another person with him was very rude and biased. I have undergone 3 rounds of interview one is HR round and another with the department head and the final round is with the Co-founder.

Entretien
I recently interviewed with 360TF for the Credit Analyst role and had a very positive experience. The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The HR team was professional, supportive, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The technical round was insightful and focused on practical credit analysis, financial understanding, and real-world scenarios. Overall, it was a great and professional experience.
Although there was no current opening, the team appreciated my profile and saw potential in my experience and understanding of credit analysis. They mentioned they would like to stay connected and consider me for suitable opportunities in the future.
