I applied for a Cloud role at 2nd Watch in August 2021, and I was contacted by recruiter asking if a marketing role would be of interest, as I have past marketing experience. I accepted an interview for the role. I was told I was the first candidate in this hiring process and they needed to interview further candidates for this role. I have followed up with recruiter, whom suggested that I interview for this position, twice regarding status of interview decision. I have received zero response regarding my inquiries and I have been ghosted after interviewing with head of department. Excellent candidate experience!
