Initial phone call to talk about CV and answer a few questions. That was followed by a virtual meeting to talk more about your experiences. They asked about the portfolio size of the customer and the kind of KPI's etc that were used to track success.

Fast process, no task or presentation which is unusual for the role but it's good. They provide quite a lot of ressources to get prepared.
The problem is mainly towards the end, when I literally received an email saying "congratulations on making it through all the stages" but with no offer, just "as a feedback" and telling me they would need more time than mentioned to make the final decision. Eventually I was contacted back few days later saying I was not successful. This was a very disturbing experience to hear about how positive and enthusiastic they were about my profile to then being rejected with no visibility on any factors taken in consideration, making the whole process quite negative at the end.

I didn't make it through the entire process, but this is the overview I was given: Initial recruiter screen (phone), hiring manager interview (video), panel with prospective peers (video), panel with potential team members and cross-functional partner(s) (video).
