They offer a standard phone screening, then you move to a manager interview, after that they give you a case study simulating the role, finally you fo a manager and sales leader interview

It was a pretty straight forward and smooth process. It’s like every typical sales(SDR) interview i.e. tell me about yourself, why do you like sales and why are you applying here

It was 3 stages, thorough but quick. It is clear they know what type of people they are looking for and do not unnecessarily drag the process out.
Everyone I spoke with clearly loves the company and jobs they are in, the passion is obvious.

Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview. Then had the interview with the hiring manager which was extremely positive, gave me incredible feedback, and really wanted me to join the team. So they scheduled my next interview (presentation / roleplay) for two days later. I spent the next 2 days preparing for the interview making sure I would exceed expectations. 1 hour before the interview time, I got an email from the recruiter saying they had found someone else and were cancelling the interview. Bear in mind they told me they couldn't do the interview earlier than scheduled, and really wanted me to get the position. Do they just go around telling the same to everyone? I felt honestly disrespected. 1password asks me to prepare a lot for an roleplay interview, to then cancel it 1 hour before. Not even giving me the chance to be assessed fairly. This was an extremely disrespectful and discriminating hiring process. I've never heard such thing: most companies still assess everyone before taking a decision. I will never want to work with 1password again, by far the worst experience I've ever had.
