Entretien
The interview process started off pretty well. The recruiters are very friendly, company has a great culture, and the initial interviews were pretty straight-forward. I was interviewing for an Account Manager position and the case study wound was one of the final rounds. I did not get further than that, but was not too upset because the interviewers were actually quite friendly and provided reasonable feedback on why.
When I didn't quite make that they recommended I re-apply for Business Development as most AM's start there. The head of sales was not very friendly in the subsequent call. I don't believe he is with 1P anymore, but I felt like I was being grilled unnecessarily on my intentions rather than my capabilities.
In the interview, he was really suspicious of whether I "really wanted" the role or not, which made me pretty uncomfortable... That made it a really friction-filled experience in an otherwise great company with great people up until that point. Not sure what the hazing was for but I found it too intense for an entry-level sales job.

A recruiter reached out to me to book an interview at the last minute. I accepted. Called me from a Spam number and the call dropped twice as I could not hear her. Very unprofessional

Entretien
I interviewed with a recruiter first, then two interviews after with different managers. Questions were relatively easy and straight forward. Was asked similar questions at all stages of interviews. There was no mock interview or case study.

Process was very long. They kept me waiting nearly 2 weeks after second interview with the 2 enterprise hiring managers. The recruiters were prompt and friendly but the hiring managers really took their time before getting back to me (2 weeks) on a Friday. They also asked very shallow and basic questions that indicated they were not trying to get to know me well. When I asked the hiring manager what quota attainment was, he completely dodged the question which tells me everything - nobody is achieving quota there. Overall, process was subpar due to the long wait and I would not recommend working in sales here based on the hiring managers I met with.
