First there is a take home coding challenge.
Second step is an interview with tech lead, talking about the challenge and previous experience. Some system design questions too.
Third step is an interview with manager (or equivalent), focus on cultural fit.

Entretien
The HR stage of the process was very positive. I was invited to complete a Git-based coding assignment with a three-day deadline, and after submitting it, I was invited to a follow-up technical interview with an engineer.
Unfortunately, this is where the positive experience ended. The technical interview was disappointing. From the beginning, the interviewer appeared uninterested, and the overall atmosphere was neither friendly nor welcoming, at times it even felt rude. There was little openness to discussing different technical approaches, which made the conversation feel one-sided and unproductive.
Overall, while the HR interaction was handled very well, the technical interview lacked engagement and professionalism, which negatively impacted my overall impression of the hiring process.
