I had three video calls, one with HR and then two individuals from the interviewing department. Took place over the course of a month. Everyone was very friendly, and they are definitely big on gauging people for fit. If you are the corporate type but think working at an incubator is good for your career and that's the only reason you want to work here, it is not going to work out.
